In order for our nervous system to relax, we need to feel safe. This is why Namah-Stay has created a nurturing place for you to land, be held and be met, exactly where you're at. With soft lighting, gentle sounds and natural scents, this is your safe space to be guided into stillness, both in body and mind. Through gentle movement, breath-work and meditation you'll have the opportunity to explore different pathways back to your inner-peace, which so often gets lost in the busyness of life.
🧘🏽♀️Your guide: Jem is a qualified mental health practitioner and yoga facilitator who has over 15 years of professional and personal experience in mental health, disability and neurodiversity.
To Meal
We have a rotating menu, with choices each week. Enjoy various foods ranging from galettes, crêpes, ratatouille and baked veggie dishes. We'll be guided by what you're loving and cater to all dietary requirements.
We understand everyone’s needs are different. If you're craving connection but find social situations challenging, or simply wish to savour in stillness, we honour this deeply. Mala beads are available to wear, symbolising quiet time. Be in company without any pressure to talk- no questions asked.
