About the Experience
Namah-Stay for Yoga
Are you looking for a grounding practice designed to help you slow down and restore balance in both your body and mind? Through a combination of breath-work (pranayama), mindful movement and holding poses (asanas), and deep relaxation (meditation & yoga nidra), our Hatha style yoga practice, will help guide you back to the present, release any physical and emotional tension, and leave you feeling refreshed, centred, and at ease.
If you're looking for something slower, our Yin Yoga offers a deeply restful practice focused on stillness and gentle release. You’ll ease into long-held, supported poses that work into the deeper tissues of the body while calming the nervous system. This quiet, meditative practice invites you to slow right down, let go of tension, and leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply relaxed.
Our sessions are typically held in our very special Mongolian Yurt, however if weather permits we also offer sessions on our Yurt's deck under the gum trees, or down at our secluded local beach.
If you’re feeling called to join me for some yoga, I’d love to create a practice that feels just right for you. To make this possible, please take a moment to fill out our ‘Namah-Stay for Yoga’ intake form so I can shape an experience that truly supports you and your needs.
