
NDIS Retreats
Initially designed exclusively for NDIS participants, my passion for creating accessible, person-centred, trauma-informed experiences is at the heart of everything I do at Namah-Stay, ensuring that every guest feels safe, supported, and empowered.
With many years of experience in mental health and disability, I saw a need for more support in calm, natural spaces. I have seen how much nature can help people feel better, so I wanted to create a place where you can slow down, feel safe, and receive real support, away from clinical settings.

At Namah-Stay, our NDIS retreats are designed to help you take care of yourself, build confidence, and practice daily living skills in a gentle, supportive way. We plan each retreat with you through a Pre-Retreat Dreamscaping Discussion, so your time here matches your needs, interests, and NDIS goals.
Whether you come on your own or in a small group, our day retreats may include:

If you would like a retreat that lasts more than one day, we can help. While Namah-Stay does not offer overnight stays, we can connect you with trusted, NDIS-aligned accommodation nearby. You can choose whether you’d like time to rest on your own, with my support, or with a support worker of your choice. This allows you to enjoy our day experiences while resting somewhere that meets your needs.

We work with you, your Support Coordinator, and your support team to plan a retreat that is supportive, works for you, and fits your funding. Our goal is to help you have a meaningful and restorative experience.

Will take place either over the phone or on Zoom (which ever you're most comfortable with).
It's purpose is to:

Personalise your retreat: Talk through your enquiry form to collaboratively develop a retreat plan that aligns with your goals and feels just right for you!

Address any concerns: Provide a platform to discuss any questions or apprehensions, ensuring you feel confident and prepared.​

Logistical Coordination: Review necessary arrangements, including accommodation, accessibility needs, transportation and scheduling preferences.​
