Weekly Yoga
Tuesdays | 6.30pm-7.30pm | Yin Yoga
Step into Namah-Stay’s Traditional Mongolian Yurt and give yourself an hour of pure release. Through gentle, deep stretches, we’ll melt tension from body and mind, open the fascia and invite your muscles to soften. Allow yourself to sink into stillness, breathe fully and let your stress gently unwind as you restore calm, balance and inner peace.

Mat to Meal Update

Instead of our regular Friday nights, we’re now offering private From Mat to Meal events.
Gather a group of 4–8 people and we’ll create a special experience just for you. 1 hour of deep relaxation (gentle movement, breath-work & meditation) + a meal for $55 per person. 💛
