Knowing which trimester you're in helps me support both you and your baby in the safest and most nurturing way. If you're in your first trimester, I’d be honoured to hold space for you with a gentle, restorative experience, however following my teacher’s guidance, I won’t be offering asana (poses) or strong breath-work. Instead, I can guide you through calming breath awareness, deeply restful Yoga Nidra, and offer optional light massage to help you relax and feel held during this special time.
