With soft lighting, gentle sounds and natural scents, this is your safe space to be guided into stillness, both in body and mind. Through gentle movement, breath-work and meditation you'll have the opportunity to explore different pathways back to your inner-peace, which so often gets lost in the busyness of life.

Enjoy various foods ranging from galettes, crêpes, ratatouille and baked veggie dishes. Chat to us about any dietary requirements and we'll create a meal that suits your groups preferences.
