What types of accommodation do you offer?We offer two main types of accommodation: Glamping: Stay in fully furnished bell tents, complete with comfortable beds and all the essentials. Traditional Camping: Pitch your own tent and enjoy the simplicity of a classic camping experience under the stars.

Do I need to bring my own camping gear?If you're opting for traditional camping, you’ll need to bring your own gear. However, if you choose glamping, everything is provided for you, including bedding and furniture, to ensure a comfortable stay. Upon booking, we will send you a list of items we recommend you bring :)

How do I book?If you're just looking to stay and have already chosen your accommodation, click here to book! For those wanting to book a retreat package or customise your own experience, simply select your wellness experiences, choose your accommodation, and fill out our enquiry form. We’ll handle all the coordination to ensure your stay is seamless and stress-free. Once we have your details, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm everything!

What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need to adjust these times, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Is Namah-Stay family friendly?Absolutely! We welcome families and encourage you to create memorable experiences together. From nature walks, to family yoga sessions, painting classes and day trips to the penguins at Phillip Island, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Can I bring my pet?We love pets and have our own pooch 'Noodle!'! However, we ask that you check with us ahead of time regarding our pet policy for your chosen accommodation.

What’s the best time of year to visit?We’re open year-round, but the best time to visit depends on the type of experience you're after. Summer offers warm days perfect for outdoor adventures, while the cooler months provide a cozy and peaceful atmosphere.

Do I need to bring my own food?f you’d like to treat yourself, we have our very own in-house French chef who can prepare a variety of delicious meals for you! You can check out his menu at alittletasteoffrance.com.au. We also have other non-French meal and snack options. Our menu is often changing based on whats in season, so we will provide you with our updated menu upon booking. Alternatively, we have a fridge and microwave available if you prefer to bring your own food. We’re also in the process of building an outdoor kitchen, so on your next visit, you’ll be able to enjoy an outdoor cooking experience!

How can I get to Namah-Stay if I don’t have a car?No worries! Just let us know where you’re coming from, and we’ll help you find the easiest transport options. If public transport isn’t your thing, we totally understand and will work with you to find a solution that suits your needs.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
