Jemma Menanteau

Founder, Host, Yoga Facilitator & Support Worker

Hello, I’m Jem and I dedicated to making your stay with us as peaceful and deeply restorative as possible. With a Bachelor of Health Science, Level 1 & 2 Yoga Teacher Training, Cert III & IV in Fitness, almost two decades working in disability, mental health and suicide prevention, along with insights from my own personal journey, I draw on this experience to bring you a holistic approach to wellness.

I believe self-care should be accessible to all, which is why I offer a complimentary yoga class during your stay. Whether you’re here to explore new practices, meet like minded people or reconnect with yourself, my mission is to ensure you feel supported, cared for, and inspired to explore your unique path to inner peace.

I truly appreciate the invaluable wisdom each of us carries and the opportunity to learn from one another. This is what inspired me to bring together a community of wellness experts who align with Namah-Stay's values, nurturing an environment where connection, personal growth, and healing can thrive.

I invite you to explore our beautiful team and their offerings. Take note, so when you’re ready to connect with us, you can share what you’re drawn to so we can help you to create your perfect retreat!

We look forward to welcoming you and discovering the wisdom YOU bring to Namah-Stay!!
